Information Technology Tools and their Influence on Organizational Management

This study has as an objective to describe the technological
tools that help in the organizational management. An
exploratory and descriptive methodology was used based on a
documentary research in articles, magazines, web pages, videos
and blogs that were generated in companies, universities, and
associations. Its’ origins are from the United States of America,
Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Spain, Colombia, Mexico, Canada,
France, China, Brazil and Sweden. From the analyzed documents
were selected those that met the description of digital tools on
Artificial Intelligence (AI), Bigdata, Internet de las cosas (IoT),
Sistemas Ciber-fisicos, Cultura Maker, Fabrica 4.0, Blockchain,
5G, Espacios Inteligentes, Etica Digital, Gemelos Digitales and La
Experiencia Inmersa and Analitica Aumentada based on Virtual
Reality (VR). In the technological tools studied, a characteristic
was found that they help the management of organizations
by offering solutions that improve the current conditions in the
processes of organizations.
