Supply Chain: Strategy for the Permanence of Mipymes Due to the Effects of Post Covid-19

An analysis of the post Covid-19 effects is presented in micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (mipymes) located in the municipality of Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas; in relation to the supply chain in order to establish a strategy to strengthen its permanence in the regional and local market. 381 surveys were applied with 200 items valued with a Likert scale of 5 levels, of these items this study analyzed the 20 that value the treatment of the supply chain in mipymes; Specifically, the factors of distribution flexibility, information flexibility, operational flexibility and supply flexibility were examined. The instrument was applied with the support of students from the Technological University of Nuevo Laredo to local mipymes. The results of the study showed that the micro, small and medium entrepreneurs of Nuevo Laredo should focus, above all, on the flexibility of distribution and therefore some elements are proposed that are considered necessary to be part of the strategy that allows them to remain in business its economic activity.
