Impact of COVID-19 on the professional training of Engineering graduates in Computer systems from the TecNM Campus Chilpancingo

The COVID-19 contingency implied a challenge for educational institutions at all level. This forced them to propose strategies to continue with the “normal” school process. After confinement all daily activities were paralyzed, and one of the sectors Affected was the educational field, which is why the Secretary of Public Education in Mexico decreed online classes as a necessity. This research focuses on knowing the impact that COVID-19 had on higher education on students graduated in 2021 from the Computer Systems Engineering career of the Institute. The instrument that was used to collect the information was a questionnaire. The questions asked were collected on the Google Forms platform, which consisted of four sections with questions related to the main topic. After obtaining the results, an analysis was carried out to design improvement strategies for the follow-up of graduates.
