Abstract

The present Research is focused on knowing the grade of knowledge and implementation of the Official Mexican rules of Safety and Hygiene in the micro, small and medium family businesses of the state of Nayarit, for which was made a documentary investigation as well as an exploratory investigation was made saarch about these characteristics in the different companies Nayaritas, Since currently safety and hygiene is a topic of great importance for both the worker and the employer since they are talking about prevention of accidents and occupational sickness, however, despite that most entrepreneurs have heard about these rules and the measures they should take, it is perceived that they do not apply them in their business due to different situation.
